Saving a search
Get the search right first
Save the search you would actually run again, filters and all. A saved search with no filters matches most of the market and will tell you nothing.
Search listingsSave it and name it for the decision
"Milton 3-bed under 900" is a name you will recognise in two months. "Search 1" is not.
Pick a frequency you will tolerate
Instant is right when you are actively bidding and wrong the rest of the time. Daily is the setting most people keep. Weekly is for a market you are watching rather than shopping.

What each alert tells you
Alerts follow the daily data refresh, so they are not a live feed. For the current status of one specific home, confirm with the listing agent.
| Alert | Fires when |
|---|---|
| New listing | A home matching your saved search comes on the market. |
| Price change | A home you saved changes asking price, up or down. |
| Status change | A home you saved goes conditional, sold, terminated or back on the market. |
